Nabali olive trees are indigenous to Palestine. This tree is named from the ancient Canaanite city of Napoli, or modern day Nablus. Oil from these trees is smooth, delicate, sweety, and fruity. Great for finishing salads or hummus, or even baba ghanouj.
Rumi olive trees are also indigenous to Palestine. This particular variety of tree can be traced back to 2000 years ago, where it thrived in Roman culture. Rumi olive oil is complex. It starts fresh and fruity, then hints of spice, bitter, and pepper finish its flavor profile. This robust oil is great for dipping fresh bread or cooking your favorite dish.
